On April 23, 2005, seventeen synchronized cameras were set up along the field where Real Madrid and Villarreal were playing each other. Visual artist Douglas Gordon had all cameras zoom in exclusively on French star player Zinedine Zidane and asked Mogwai to create the soundtrack for this real-time soccer match that is so much more than just a soccer match.
