Het Concreet

This mixtape is our love letter to 2024, a year of musicking with artists we have come to love.

After a year of collaborating, experimenting and meeting new people, we were left in our studio with a huge amount of tape loops, reels of sessions and a lot of new ideas. To bring all these musical moments together, we decided to fuse composers, spaces and musicians who had never met before on one mixtape. Our attempt to share with the rest of the world what often remains invisible: how people from completely different backgrounds somehow always seem to find each other through music. Without soloists, without conductors, without hierarchy, but with a lot of respect for each other.
