Privacy STATEMENT

The mission and vision of Het Concreet are strongly linked to our relationship with (contemporary) technology. Public values ​​such as autonomy, transparency, and self-determination are key in these propositions. With this privacy statement, Het Concreet wants to inform you how we achieve our mission using software and services, what (personal) data we collect, for what purposes, and for how long.

PERSONAL DATA
Het Concreet actively processes the following personal data:

- If you subscribe to our newsletter: email address
- If you join our Signal group: Signal security number
- If you attend an event: in some cases, images, unless you explicitly inform us that you do not want to be filmed or photographed. We retain this data until we stop using these services, or until you ask us to remove it from our data processing.

SYSTEMS USED
Below are the systems and services we use.

Argeweb
For web hosting and email, we use Argeweb's servers (part of Yourhosting). Argeweb is registered with The Green WebFoundation, which means that its data centers are Green or CO2-neutral. Argeweb also supports Bits of Freedom and supports internet freedom. If you correspond with us via email (@hetconcreet.com), we will process and store the personal data you provide to us to the extent necessary for the performance of our regular activities. Dropbox
We use the free Dropbox services for document sharing. This data is stored on secure Dropbox servers, and only Het Concreet team members have access to this data. Wordpress
Our website is developed with Wordpress. Our website does not use cookies, trackers, or other data about user behavior. Wordpress has its own privacy policy: https://wordpress.org/about/privacy/

Kit
We use the Kit delivery system to send newsletters. Personal data you share with us to subscribe to the Het Concreet newsletter is stored on Kit's servers. Kit has its own privacy policy: https://kit.com/privacy

Eventbrite

In some cases, we use the free Eventbrite tool to register visitors for an event. This allows us to track how many visitors we can expect and how many we can still admit. The personal data you share with us is stored on Eventbrite's servers and deleted afterwards. SumUp
We use SumUp for card payments, for example, for the sale of music or merchandise. We cannot trace these payments back to an account number or individual. SumUp has its own privacy statement: https://www.sumup.com/nl-nl/privacybeleid/

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

Het Concreet will never disclose your personal data to third parties unless explicitly stated in our privacy statement. The only two exceptions are:

- If we explicitly request your prior consent for disclosure to third parties
- If we are legally obligated to do so

RIGHTS
Under the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) that is applicable in the Netherlands, you have the right to access the personal data we collect from you and, in certain cases, to amend or delete it. You can also request us to stop using your data or to provide your data in a machine-readable format in certain cases. To exercise your rights, you can send us a request by email or post using the contact details below. In order to comply with your request, we may ask for further information to verify your identity. More information about your rights under the AVG can also be found on the website of the supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens about our use of your personal data if you deem this necessary.
