During Roadburn Festival, Het Concreet will perform Composition 1960 #7 by La Monte Young on Thursday, April 16th, at St. Jozefkerk (Heuvelkerk). A pioneer in minimal music and the Fluxus movement, Young composed two notes: B3 and F#4, to be held “for a very long time.” A radical simplicity that invites attention, contemplation, and patience. Tape, harmonium, pedal steel, electric guitar, and cello fill the space, connecting visitors in a shared analog soundscape. Free entry and exit between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
